Our Starlet Swing Dress now comes in velvet! The Starlet dress is a stunning old Hollywood swing that you can wear on or off the shoulders with ease. Perfect for your next holiday party or red carpet event! The Starlet has a built-in understructure made from high quality ponte that is fused and tailored to accentuate your curves. The exterior is made from a lush stretch velvet that feels smooth and soft. The sleeves are a longer 3/4 cut so they don't dig into your elbow ditch while still giving you maximum arm coverage. The dress has gathered bust cups, gathered waist and features everyone's favorite Vixen pockets. It's finished with a removable 1-inch self belt and a back zippered closure. This style is extremely figure flattering while providing you with the utmost comfort.
